So I'm working on getting a proper music blog going. In the meantime, some quality classic hip hop I've been listening to:
Ultramagnetic MC's - Critical Beatdown (1988 Recorded 1986-1988)
Kool G Rap & DJ Polo - Road to Riches (March 14, 1989)
N.W.A. - Straight Outta Compton (August 8, 1988)
The first two are debut albums, all three have a track in the last PS2 installment of the GTA trilogy, Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. The 8 CD boxset is worth picking up for more great hip hop, and other essential music.
